Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of funnelcore.io and the purchase of any products from FunnelCore. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About us

FunnelCore is a trading name of Armstrong Laing Group Limited, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 40 Water Street, Birkenhead, United Kingdom, CH41 5ED. References to "we", "us", or "FunnelCore" in these terms refer to Armstrong Laing Group Limited.

2. Products & digital delivery

FunnelCore sells digital products — specifically Shopify Liquid section code files, code packs, and digital guides ("Products"). All Products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link and access to your files.

Delivery is automated and instant. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact support@funnelcore.io.

Digital goods notice By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is a digital download and that delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation. In accordance with Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you consent to the supply of digital content before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel is thereby lost once delivery begins.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal, processed securely via Shopify Payments.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is correct. We are not liable for non-delivery of files due to an incorrect email address.

4. Licence & intellectual property

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product in accordance with the licence tier selected at checkout (Single Store or Agency / Unlimited). Full licence terms are set out on our Licence Terms page, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with Armstrong Laing Group Limited. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the source code of any Product.

5. Refunds & cancellations

Our refund policy is set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page. In summary: we offer a 14-day refund if a Product does not function as described on a compatible Shopify OS 2.0 theme and we are unable to resolve the issue.

Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply once delivery has commenced (see section 2 above).

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use funnelcore.io or any of our Products to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of Armstrong Laing Group Limited or any third party.
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicence Products beyond the scope of your purchased licence.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is explicitly permitted by your licence.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks in bad faith.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the operation of our website.

7. Limitation of liability

Our Products are provided "as is". While we test all sections on Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every heavily customised theme or third-party app combination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Armstrong Laing Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to products or terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or Products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may update or discontinue Products at any time. Existing customers retain access to the version of a Product purchased and any updates released before discontinuation.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of that jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by this clause.
