Payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's certified payment infrastructure. We never store your card details.

Payment security

  • ✓Transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant — the highest security certification available for payment processors.
  • ✓Your card details are encrypted using TLS and are never stored on our servers at any point during or after your purchase.
  • ✓3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode) may be triggered by your bank for additional verification on certain transactions.
  • ✓All pages on funnelcore.io are served over HTTPS. You can verify this by checking the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.

Currency & pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) by default. If your card or PayPal is in a different currency, your bank or PayPal will apply their standard exchange rate. We do not charge currency conversion fees.

When you are charged

Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. There are no recurring charges, subscription fees, or deferred payments associated with any FunnelCore product. You pay once and own the product permanently.

How we appear on your statement The charge on your bank or card statement will appear as ARMSTRONG LAING or FUNNELCORE.IO. If you see a charge you don't recognise and believe it may be from us, email support@funnelcore.io with the transaction amount and date and we will confirm your order details immediately.

Billing disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@funnelcore.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases we can resolve issues quickly and directly. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
