Licence terms
By purchasing any product from FunnelCore (funnelcore.io), you agree to the following licence terms. Please read them before completing your purchase. If you have questions, contact us.
1. Who grants this licence
This licence is granted by ARMSTRONG LAING GROUP LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, trading as FunnelCore, with a registered address at 40 Water Street, Birkenhead, United Kingdom, CH41 5ED ("we", "us", "FunnelCore"). You are the individual or entity that purchases a product ("you", "the licensee").
2. What you are purchasing
You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable digital licence to use the software (Shopify Liquid section code and associated files) for the purposes described in the applicable licence tier below. You are not purchasing ownership of the intellectual property, which remains with ARMSTRONG LAING GROUP LIMITED.

4. Restrictions
Regardless of licence tier, you may not:
- Sell, sublicence, or otherwise transfer the code or a derivative of it to any third party as a standalone product.
- Publish or make the source code publicly available in any repository, forum, or file-sharing platform.
- Claim authorship or ownership of the original code.
- Use the code for any purpose that violates applicable law.
5. Delivery and access
All products are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive a download link via email and on the order confirmation page. Download links are valid for 90 days. If you lose access, contact us at support@funnelcore.io and we will reissue the link.
6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. In summary, we offer a 14-day refund if a section does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.
7. Warranties and liability
Products are provided "as is". While we test all sections on Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every heavily customised theme or third-party app combination. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve reported compatibility issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARMSTRONG LAING GROUP LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
8. Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these licence terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of purchased products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
