What exactly do I receive when I purchase a section?

You receive an instant download containing a .liquid file (the section code), a PDF installation guide with step-by-step screenshots, and access to any future updates to that section at no extra charge.

Do I need to know how to code to install these sections?

No coding knowledge is required. Installation is copy-paste: open your theme code editor, paste the file, and the section immediately appears in your theme customizer. The PDF guide walks through every step with screenshots.

Which Shopify themes are compatible?

All sections are built for Shopify Online Store 2.0 and work with any OS 2.0-compatible theme, including Dawn, Craft, Crave, Sense, Refresh, Colorblock, Ride, Studio, and most premium third-party themes. If your theme is heavily customised and you encounter an issue, contact us and we'll help.

How quickly do I receive my files after purchase?

Delivery is instant and automated. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to your email and made available in your order confirmation page. No waiting, no manual processing.

Can I use a section on more than one store?

Each section is licensed per store by default. If you are a developer or agency and want to use a section on multiple client stores, choose the Agency / Unlimited licence at checkout, or contact us to upgrade an existing purchase.

Can I modify the code?

Yes. You receive the full source code and you are free to modify it to fit your store's design, rename variables, or extend functionality. You may not resell or redistribute the original or modified code as a standalone product.

Can I use sections on client stores I build for others?

Yes, with an Agency licence. The Agency licence covers use on any number of stores you build for clients. See our full licence terms for details.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal where available. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a 14-day refund policy. If a section does not work on your theme and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund. Because the files are delivered digitally and instantly, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. Every section is a one-time purchase. You own it forever, including all future updates, with no recurring charge.

What if a section breaks after a Shopify update?

We monitor Shopify platform changes and release updates to affected sections. All updates are free for existing customers — you'll receive them via the same download link used for your original purchase.
