Digital product policy

All products sold by FunnelCore (operated by Armstrong Laing Group Limited) are digital goods — Shopify Liquid section code files and digital guides. Access is granted immediately upon payment. These products are exempt from standard distance-selling return rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the customer acknowledged this at checkout.

However, we go beyond the legal minimum. If a product does not work as described on a compatible Shopify theme, we will either fix the issue or issue a full refund.

When you are eligible for a refund

  • The section does not function as described on a compatible Shopify OS 2.0 theme.
  • You report the issue within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • You followed the installation instructions provided in the PDF guide.
  • The issue is not caused by a heavily customised third-party theme outside normal OS 2.0 compatibility.

When a refund does not apply

  • The section was successfully downloaded, installed, and is working correctly.
  • You changed your mind after downloading the files.
  • The issue is caused by a conflict with an unrelated third-party app.
  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.

How to request a refund

    Email us with your order details Contact support@funnelcore.io with your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue. A screenshot helps us diagnose faster.

    We investigate and attempt a fix We respond within 1 business day. In most cases we resolve compatibility issues quickly. If we can't fix it, we move straight to a refund.

    Refund issued to your original payment method A full refund is processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Your rights under UK consumer law

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply where relevant to digital products.
